Stat. tit. 56, § 56-163.1","heading":"Satellite meal sites","body":"The Department of Human Services shall authorize the\n\nestablishment of local satellite meal sites for the purpose of\n\nencouraging older Oklahomans to congregate in order to eat meals\n\nprepared at another location and delivered to the local satellite\n\nmeal site.\n\nThe Department of Human Services with the cooperation of the\n\nState Fire Marshal and the Oklahoma State Department of Health shall\n\nadopt and promulgate standards for the establishment of such\n\nsatellite meal sites so as to comply with any applicable fire and\n\nhealth code based on occupancy and use of the site. It is the\n\nintention of the Legislature that such standards shall be adequate\n\nto protect the health and safety of the persons congregating at\n\nsatellite meal sites but also which will authorize and allow the\n\nestablishment of the satellite meal sites by the Department, and\n\nwhich will encourage the use of the satellite meal sites for meal\n\ndelivery services to older Oklahomans.","path":["OK Code","Title 56"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os56.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"350c094e8eafa458236e6544021010091824a03117779339f3d971b81316c21a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-163","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-163.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
