Stat. tit. 56, § 56-193","heading":"Release of liens - Filing","body":"The Director of the State Department of Public Welfare is hereby\n\nauthorized to execute a written release, in such form as may be\n\nrequired to meet the recording laws of the State of Oklahoma, of any\n\nliens now held or which may be obtained, as provided by law, when\n\nsuch liens have been paid or otherwise satisfied, as provided by law\n\nand in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Oklahoma\n\nPublic Welfare Commission.
