The Commission for Rehabilitation Services is hereby\n\ndirected, in carrying out its functions, to cooperate with the\n\nappropriate commissions and state agencies having authority related\n\nto the problems of deaf and hard-of-hearing persons. These agencies\n\nare likewise directed to cooperate with the Commission for\n\nRehabilitation Services in carrying out its functions.\n\nB. The State Department of Rehabilitation Services shall\n\nestablish and operate a program to provide interpreter services to\n\ndeaf and hard-of-hearing citizens of the state, under rules\n\npromulgated by the Commission for Rehabilitation Services.\n\nC. The State Department of Rehabilitation Services shall\n\nestablish policy and procedures for the evaluation and certification\n\nof interpreters for the deaf and hard-of-hearing.
