Stat. tit. 56, § 56-214","heading":"Reports - Duties of Director","body":"State departments, institutions and agencies shall file with the\n\nState Budget Director such reports as are required by the Federal\n\nSecurity Administrator (Public Law 734 (HR 6000) - 81st Congress, as\n\nauthorized by Title 56, Chapter 7, Oklahoma Session Laws 1949) at\n\nsuch time or times as the Federal Security Administrator may by\n\nregulations require. The Director of Old-Age and Survivors\n\nInsurance, under the administrative direction of the State Budget\n\nDirector, shall verify extensions and totals and require state\n\nagencies to pay amounts due from nontreasury funds which when added\n\nto OASI payroll reserves from treasury funds will be the amount due\n\nthe federal government for each reporting period.\n\nThe State Budget Director shall consolidate the reports of all\n\nstate departments, institutions and agencies and shall file a\n\nconsolidated report representing the State of Oklahoma as a coverage\n\ngroup, with the Department of Public Welfare.\n\nNothing in this act shall be construed to require the reports of\n\npolitical subdivisions of the state (counties, cities and towns) or\n\ninstrumentalities of either, to be channeled through the State\n\nBudget Office.
