Stat. tit. 56, § 56-223","heading":"Human Services Medical and Assistance Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Commission for Human Services, to be designated the \"Human\n\nServices Medical and Assistance Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of receipts from the federal government, monies appropriated\n\nto the Department of Human Services by the State Legislature, and\n\nother receipts of the Department of Human Services as shall be\n\ndirected by the Commission for Human Services.
