Stat. tit. 56, § 56-224","heading":"Human Services Disbursing Fund","body":"\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Commission for Human Services, to be designated the \"Human\n\nServices Disbursing Fund\", provided that the fund may be designated\n\nby fiscal year designations as the Commission may determine. The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations. The fund shall consist of receipts from the federal\n\ngovernment, monies appropriated to the Department of Human Services\n\nby the State Legislature, and other receipts of the Department of\n\nHuman Services as shall be directed by the Commission for Human\n\nServices. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Commission for\n\nHuman Services as may be necessary in order to carry out the duties\n\nimposed upon the said Commission by law, provided that expenditures\n\nshall not be made from the Human Services Disbursing Fund to pay any\n\nobligation for which there exists authorization for payment from the\n\nOklahoma Medical Center Disbursing Fund or the Human Services\n\nMedical and Assistance Fund.
