Stat. tit. 56, § 56-226","heading":"Department of Human Services Federal Disallowance Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the\n\nDepartment of Human Services to be designated the \"Department of\n\nHuman Services Federal Disallowance Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations. It shall\n\nconsist of monies received by the Department of Human Services\n\nwhich, in the opinion of the Commission for Human Services, may be\n\nsubject to federal disallowances and interest which may accrue on\n\nsaid receipts. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nDepartment of Human Services at the discretion of the Commission for\n\nHuman Services for eventual settlement of the appropriate pending\n\ndisallowances. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nThe Director of Human Services may request the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services to transfer monies\n\nbetween the Department of Human Services Federal Disallowance Fund\n\nand the Human Services Disbursing Fund or the Department of Human\n\nServices Medical and Assistance Fund, as needed for the expenditure\n\nof funds.","path":["OK Code","Title 56"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os56.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8d924a43541dfefe6e08617c430c051659a1fd63bd93749205c58f04f83f7ab8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-225.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-227"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
