In addition to any other form of assistance provided for\n\nunder subsection E of Section 1415 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, the Department of Human Services is authorized to pay a\n\nvoucher to a relative or certified volunteer for the sole purpose of\n\nacquiring legal representation to initiate guardianship proceedings\n\non behalf of any person who receives Title XIX Home and Community-\n\nBased Waiver-funded services from the Developmental Disabilities\n\nServices Division, or who is a resident of an institution specified\n\nin Section 1406 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
