Stat. tit. 56, § 56-229","heading":"OK Benefits Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Human Services to be designated the \"OK\n\nBenefits Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\ndesignated to the fund by law. The Director of the Department of\n\nHuman Services shall, at the end of each month, provide a current\n\nbalance and statement of encumbrances of the fund to the Chair of\n\nthe Senate Appropriations Committee and the Chair of the House of\n\nRepresentatives Committee on Appropriations and Budget. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Department of Human Services for the\n\nsole purpose of the acquisition, operation, maintenance, repair and\n\nreplacement of the OK Benefits system at the Department of Human\n\nServices.
