Except as provided in subsection B of this section, if a\n\nperson applying for benefits under the Temporary Assistance for\n\nNeedy Families (TANF) program is a minor, has never married and is\n\npregnant or has a dependent child in such minor's care, the minor\n\nshall not be eligible for benefits unless the minor lives in a\n\nsupervised adult setting.\n\nB. Subsection A of this section shall not apply if the minor\n\nperson is legally emancipated pursuant to Chapter 4 of Title 10 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC.
