Stat. tit. 56, § 56-230.56","heading":"Immunization incentive program","body":"In order to establish an incentive program for the immunization\n\nof minor children pursuant to the State Department of Health\n\nimmunization schedule, the Department of Human Services shall\n\neliminate benefits for recipients under the Temporary Assistance for\n\nNeedy Families (TANF) program if, upon recertification of a\n\nrecipient for the TANF program, the recipient fails to show proof of\n\nimmunization for the recipient's minor children except for good\n\ncause established by rules promulgated by the Commission for Human\n\nServices.
