If a recipient, without good cause, does not cooperate\n\nwith the Department of Human Services in approved work activities as\n\nrequired by the Department pursuant to the Temporary Assistance for\n\nNeedy Families (TANF) program, the Department shall close the case.\n\n2. If a recipient, without good cause, does not cooperate with\n\nthe Department in administering the child support enforcement\n\nprogram relating to the establishment, modification, or enforcement\n\nof a support order, the Department shall reduce benefits to the\n\nrecipient under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)\n\nprogram in an amount to be determined by the Department.\n\nB. 1. The Department of Human Services shall establish and\n\noperate a fraud control program. The Department shall proceed\n\nagainst any individual member of a family, regardless of payment\n\nstatus under the TANF program, whom it believes to have committed an\n\nintentional program violation pursuant to federal law, through an\n\nadministrative hearing or by referring the matter to the appropriate\n\nauthorities for civil or criminal action in a state or federal\n\ncourt.\n\n2.
