The Department of Human Services shall provide case\n\nmanagement services to recipients under the Temporary Assistance for\n\nNeedy Families (TANF) program. Case management services shall\n\ninclude, but not be limited to:\n\n1. Intensive and in-depth employability assessment of a\n\nrecipient's education, training, skills, prior work experience and\n\nsupportive service needs;\n\n2. Development of an employability plan which incorporates the\n\nresults of the assessment; and\n\n3. Close follow-up of program implementation requirements and\n\nparticipation pursuant to a personal responsibility agreement as\n\nprovided in Section 16 of this act.\n\nB.
