Compulsory school attendance for a child from the age at\n\nwhich the child is eligible to attend kindergarten to eighteen (18)\n\nyears of age, unless the child is being home educated as per the\n\nOklahoma Constitution and statutes, shall be a condition for\n\nparticipation in the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)\n\nprogram.\n\nB.
