The Department of Human Services shall establish and\n\nmaintain a statewide incoming areawide telephone service hot line\n\nfor the purpose of reporting suspected cases of welfare eligibility\n\nfraud, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) fraud and food\n\nstamp fraud.\n\nB.
