Stat. tit. 56, § 56-230.75","heading":"Task Force on State Plan Options for the Temporary","body":"Assistance to Needy Families Program (TANF Options Task Force).\n\nA. There is hereby created until June 1, 2000, the \"Task Force\n\non State Plan Options for the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families\n\nProgram\". The Task Force may be referred to as the \"TANF Options\n\nTask Force\".\n\nB. The Task Force on State Plan Options for the Temporary\n\nAssistance to Needy Families Program shall:\n\n1. Review:\n\na. the options available to Oklahoma under the federal\n\nPersonal Responsibility and Work Opportunities\n\nReconciliation Act related to the eligibility of\n\npersons who are victims of domestic abuse or who are\n\nreceiving or in need of treatment for substance abuse\n\nunder the State Plan for Temporary Assistance to Needy\n\nFamilies pursuant to the federal Personal\n\nResponsibility and Work Opportunities Reconciliation\n\nAct, and\n\nb. the effects or potential effects of adopting such\n\noptions; and\n\n2. Make recommendations to the Legislature on or before January\n\n1, 1999, concerning legislation or other state action which the Task\n\nForce deems necessary or desirable.\n\nAdded by § 1 of Enrolled House Joint Resolution No. 1025 of the 2nd\n\nSession of the 46th Oklahoma Legislature.
