The Task Force on State Plan Options for the Temporary\n\nAssistance to Needy Families Program shall consist of thirteen (13)\n\nmembers and shall be composed as follows:\n\n1. The Speaker of the House of Representatives shall appoint\n\nthree members of the House of Representatives, one member who shall\n\nrepresent a statewide domestic violence association, and one member\n\nwho at the time of appointment is a TANF participant;\n\n2. The President Pro Tempore of the Senate shall appoint three\n\nmembers of the State Senate, one member who shall represent a\n\nstatewide association of substance abuse treatment providers, and\n\none member who at the time of appointment is a TANF participant;\n\n3. The Director of the Department of Human Services or the\n\ndesignee of the Director;\n\n4. The Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health and\n\nSubstance Abuse Services or the designee of the Commissioner; and\n\n5. The Administrator of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority or\n\nthe designee of the Administrator.\n\nB. The Speaker shall appoint the chair of the Task Force and\n\nthe President Pro Tempore shall appoint the vice-chair from their\n\nappointees.\n\nC. Nonlegislative members of the Task Force shall be reimbursed\n\nby their appointing authority for necessary travel expenses incurred\n\nin the performance of their duties in accordance with the State\n\nTravel Reimbursement Act. Legislative members shall be reimbursed\n\npursuant to the provisions of Section 456 of Title 74 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nD. The House of Representatives and Senate shall provide staff\n\nsupport as required by the Task Force. The Department of Human\n\nServices, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services\n\nand the Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall provide the Task Force\n\nwith information and assistance as requested by the Task Force.\n\nAdded by § 2 of Enrolled House Joint Resolution No. 1025 of the 2nd\n\nSession of the 46th Oklahoma Legislature.
