The Department of Human Services shall establish a service\n\ndelivery system under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families\n\n(TANF) Program that provides for redemption of vouchers for TANF\n\nservices at participating private faith-based providers and\n\nfederally recognized Indian tribes if they are effective and\n\ncompetitively priced for the results achieved.\n\nB. The vouchers shall be made payable, on behalf of the TANF\n\nrecipient, for the provision of TANF services that include, but are\n\nnot limited to, subsidized and unsubsidized hourly employment, work\n\nexperience, on-the-job training, assisted job search, job readiness\n\nassistance, job skills training, community service, substance abuse\n\ntreatment, literacy and adult basic education, vocational-\n\neducational programs and child care.\n\nC. The Department shall establish a procedure whereby a\n\nqualified private faith-based provider that wishes to provide\n\nservices to TANF recipients may register with the Department.\n\nD.
