Stat. tit. 56, § 56-237.10","heading":"Docketing of administrative orders","body":"Administrative orders entered pursuant to this title shall be\n\ndocketed in the county of the underlying district court order, if\n\nany. If there is no underlying district court order filed in this\n\nstate, the administrative order shall be filed in the county of\n\nresidence of the custodian of the child, or if the custodian resides\n\nout-of-state, in the county of residence of the obligor.
