The Department of Human Services shall require, as a\n\ncondition of participation, that parents or guardians receiving\n\nbenefits pursuant to the Aid to Families with Dependent Children\n\n(AFDC) program participate in a parent education program or enlist\n\nor enroll their child or children in a Head Start program, a Parents\n\nas Teachers program, a local early childhood education program for\n\nfour-year-old children, if available, in kindergarten programs, or\n\nin schooling deemed appropriate by school authorities, unless the\n\nchild is being home educated as per the Oklahoma Constitution and\n\nstatutes.\n\nB.
