Stat. tit. 56, § 56-238.3a","heading":"Failure to appear at hearing - Administrative order","body":"If the obligor fails to appear at the hearing on the date and at\n\nthe hearing place given in the notice or appears but absents the\n\nhearing prior to its conclusion, an administrative order will be\n\nentered. Such order shall include findings of facts and conclusions\n\nof law and shall be consistent with the notice served upon the\n\nobligor. The order shall be subject to collection action, and shall\n\nbe filed in the office of the court clerk in the county of residence\n\nof the custodian of the child or, if the custodian resides out of\n\nstate, in the county of residence of the obligor or elsewhere as\n\nprovided in this act. The administrative order shall be enforced by\n\nthe district court in the same manner as an order of the district\n\ncourt. A copy of such order shall be mailed to the obligor by the\n\ndistrict office at the address where the obligor was served with the\n\nnotice.
