Stat. tit. 56, § 56-239","heading":"Annual report","body":"On or before December 31 of each year, the Department shall file\n\na written report with the Division of the Budget and Division of\n\nCentral Accounting and Reporting, the Director of the Legislative\n\nService Bureau, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and the\n\nSpeaker of the House of Representatives, containing an accounting of\n\nall monies received by the Department from the federal programs\n\npursuant to Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, as amended, and\n\nall monies received pursuant to orders for child support or\n\nadministrative determinations of the Department for the preceding\n\nfederal fiscal year.
