Stat. tit. 56, § 56-240.1","heading":"Authority of Child Support Enforcement Division to","body":"pursue collection of support.\n\nA. 1. In cases in which child support services are being\n\nprovided by the Child Support Enforcement Division of the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Human Services, the Division may:\n\na. initiate enforcement proceedings to:\n\n(1) obtain a judgment for arrearages,\n\n(2) effectuate an income assignment,\n\n(3) receive current support and judgment payments,\n\nand\n\n(4) review and modify support orders pursuant to\n\nchild support guidelines in Section 118 of Title\n\n43 of the Oklahoma Statutes,\n\nb. initiate any other legal proceeding to implement the\n\nestablishment and collection of support and other\n\ncourt-ordered requirements of support from an obligor\n\nincluding, but not limited to, medical expenses,\n\ninsurance premiums, and child care costs, and\n\nc. appeal orders as necessary to implement the provisions\n\nof this section.\n\n2. In any hearing on a notice of delinquency or other\n\nenforcement proceeding, the district or administrative court may\n\ninclude the amount of the child support services fee paid by the\n\napplicant in any judgment against the obligor.\n\nB. The Division is authorized to initiate enforcement\n\nproceedings and receive payments pursuant to Section 237A and 240.2\n\nof this title to effectuate an income assignment and payment plan\n\nfor:\n\n1. Spousal support or the support of a child or both for an\n\napplicant or any person who is the recipient of Temporary Assistance\n\nfor Needy Families (TANF) program; and\n\n2. Any debt due and owing to the person entitled to receive\n\nenforcement support services by the Department or to this state by a\n\nnatural or adoptive parent or other person who is or was responsible\n\nfor the support of a child pursuant to Section 238 of this title, or\n\nfound to be responsible for the support of a child pursuant to\n\nSections 238.1 through 238.6 of this title.\n\nC. Upon application by an obligor who requests support\n\nenforcement services from the Department, the Division is authorized\n\nto initiate any proceedings necessary to provide support enforcement\n\nservices to the obligor and to receive payments of the support\n\nobligation or any judgment.\n\nD. The Director has the authority to enter orders in situations\n\nas defined in Section 240.23 of this title, without the necessity of\n\nobtaining an additional signature of a district or administrative\n\njudge.\n\nE.
