Stat. tit. 56, § 56-240.12","heading":"Assistance in locating parents delinquent on child","body":"support or their assets - Duty of political subdivisions and\n\ncorporations or other businesses.\n\nA. Each agency of the state or any political subdivision\n\nthereof shall provide information requested by the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Human Services when the Department is attempting to\n\nestablish, modify, or enforce a child support order. Requested\n\ninformation may include, but shall not be limited to:\n\n1. The name, address, telephone number, social security number\n\nor other identifying information of any individual;\n\n2. Information regarding the employment, compensation, and\n\nbenefits of any individual employed by such entity as an employee or\n\ncontractor;\n\n3. Vital statistics, including records of marriage, birth, and\n\ndivorce;\n\n4. State and local tax and revenue records, including\n\ninformation on residence address, employer, income, and assets;\n\n5. Records containing real and titled personal property;\n\n6. Records of recreational, occupational and professional\n\nlicenses;\n\n7. Records concerning the ownership and control of\n\ncorporations, partnerships, and other business entities;\n\n8. Employment security records;\n\n9. Records of agencies administering public assistance\n\nprograms;\n\n10. Records of the Department of Corrections;\n\n11. Records of court actions or claims; and\n\n12. The Division shall have access to the Oklahoma Law\n\nEnforcement Telecommunications Systems network as created in Section\n\n2-124 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. Each corporation or other business operating in this state,\n\nincluding for-profit and not-for-profit businesses, shall provide\n\ninformation requested by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services\n\nwhen the Department is attempting to establish, modify, or enforce a\n\nchild support order. Requested information may include, but shall\n\nnot be limited to:\n\n1. The name, address, telephone number, social security number\n\nor other identifying information of any individual;\n\n2. Information regarding the employment, compensation, and\n\nbenefits of any individual employed by such entity as an employee or\n\ncontractor;\n\n3. The name, address, social security number or other\n\nidentifying information of such individuals and the names and\n\naddresses of the employers of such individuals, as appearing in\n\ncustomer records of public utilities, including 911 emergency\n\nrecords, and cable television companies, pursuant to a written\n\nrequest of the Department;\n\n4. Information, including information on assets and liabilities\n\non such individuals held by financial institutions; and\n\n5. Information regarding claims for injury to persons or\n\nproperty.\n\nC. The entities described above should provide automated access\n\nin the case of records maintained in electronic format. To comply\n\nwith a request of the Department, such entities may:\n\n1. Provide to the Department the list of all individuals in its\n\nrecords for the Department to compare against its records for the\n\npurpose of identifying individuals for whom the Department is\n\nattempting to establish, modify or enforce a child support order; or\n\n2. Obtain a list of individuals against whom the Department is\n\nattempting to establish, modify or enforce a child support order and\n\ncompare against the entity’s records to identify matching\n\nindividuals. The Department shall provide the list of child support\n\nparties in electronic media format.\n\nD.
