Stat. tit. 56, § 56-240.17","heading":"Termination of suspension, revocation, nonissuance, or","body":"nonrenewal order.\n\nA. When the Department of Human Services determines that all\n\nsupport due is paid in full and the obligor has complied with all\n\nother provisions of the support order, it shall notify the\n\nDepartment of Human Services, Office of Administrative Hearings:\n\nChild Support, the “OAH”, and the OAH shall terminate the order of\n\nsuspension or revocation of the license or the order of probation\n\nwithout the necessity of a hearing.\n\nB. An obligor who is in noncompliance with an order for support\n\nmay request in writing that the obligor’s licenses be reinstated.\n\nThe Department shall conduct a review and request the OAH to\n\nreinstate the obligor’s licenses and place on probation pursuant to\n\nSection 240.16 of this title if the obligor has:\n\n1. Paid the current child support and the monthly arrearage\n\npayments each month for the current month and two months immediately\n\npreceding, or paid an amount equivalent to three months of child\n\nsupport and arrearage payments which satisfies the current child\n\nsupport and monthly arrearage payments for the current month and two\n\nmonths immediately preceding;\n\n2. Disclosed all information regarding health insurance\n\navailability and obtained and maintained health insurance coverage\n\nrequired by an order for support;\n\n3. Complied with all subpoenas and orders relating to paternity\n\nor child support proceedings;\n\n4. Complied with all orders to submit to genetic testing to\n\ndetermine paternity; and\n\n5. Disclosed all employment and address information.\n\nC. An obligor whose written request for reinstatement has been\n\ndenied by the Department may request a hearing before the OAH. If\n\nthe OAH determines the requirements of subsection B of this section\n\nhave been met, the OAH may reinstate the obligor’s licenses. If the\n\nOAH reinstates the obligor’s licenses, the OAH shall order probation\n\npursuant to Section 240.16 of this title.\n\nD. If the obligor fails to comply with the order of probation\n\nafter the obligor’s licenses have been reinstated pursuant to\n\nsubsection B or C of this section, the obligor’s licenses may again\n\nbe suspended, revoked, not issued or not renewed. The Department\n\nmay refuse to request the OAH to reinstate the obligor’s licenses\n\nunless the obligor makes additional payments in an amount determined\n\nby the Department to be sufficient to ensure future compliance and\n\nthe obligor complies with other terms set by the Department.\n\nE. The Department shall send a copy of the order reinstating\n\nthe licenses to the licensing board, the obligor and the custodian.\n\nF. Entry of an order to reinstate the obligor’s licenses\n\npursuant to this section does not limit the ability of the OAH to\n\nissue a new order of suspension or revocation of the license of the\n\nsame obligor or to place the obligor on probation in the event of\n\nanother delinquency or failure to comply with an order for support.","path":["OK Code","Title 56"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os56.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"1eba0316efc4298c1732da0c21451984f12cc06265a3467b71cb6b619d305aa4","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-240.16","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-240.19"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
