Upon receipt of an administrative order issued by the OAH to\n\nsuspend or revoke the license of an obligor, the licensing board\n\nshall implement the order by:\n\n1. Determining if it has issued a license or has received an\n\napplication for issuance or renewal of a license to the person whose\n\nname appears on the order;\n\n2. Notifying the obligor of the suspension or revocation;\n\n3. Demanding the license, if required;\n\n4. Entering the suspension or revocation on the appropriate\n\nrecords; and\n\n5. Reporting the suspension, revocation, or probation, as\n\nappropriate.\n\nB. An order, issued by the OAH, directing the licensing board\n\nto suspend or revoke a license shall be processed and implemented by\n\nthe licensing board without any additional review or hearing, and\n\nshall continue until the OAH, the district court, or the appellate\n\ncourt advises the licensing board by order that the suspension or\n\nrevocation is terminated.\n\nC. The licensing board shall have no jurisdiction to modify,\n\nremand, reverse, vacate, or stay the order of the Department for the\n\nsuspension or revocation of a license.\n\nD. In the event of suspension or revocation of a license, any\n\nfunds paid by the obligor to the licensing board for costs related\n\nto issuance, renewal, or maintenance of a license shall not be\n\nrefunded to the obligor.\n\nE.
