Stat. tit. 56, § 56-240.20","heading":"Fees to cover administrative costs","body":"A licensing board may charge the obligor a fee to cover the\n\nadministrative costs incurred by the licensing board pursuant to\n\nSections 5 through 10 of this act. Fees collected pursuant to this\n\nsection by a licensing board which has an agency revolving fund\n\nshall be deposited in the agency revolving fund for the use by the\n\nlicensing board to pay the costs of administering Sections 5 through\n\n10 of this act.
