The Department of Human Services, in coordination with\n\nrepresentatives of the financial industry in Oklahoma, shall develop\n\nand implement a financial institution data match reporting system.\n\nSuch system shall be operated by the Department and shall use\n\nautomated data exchanges to the maximum extent feasible to compare\n\naccount information data held by financial institutions with the\n\nChild Support Enforcement Division's database of child obligors in\n\nnoncompliance with an order of support.\n\nB. The Department is authorized to enter into any contracts or\n\ncooperative agreements necessary to carry out the provisions of this\n\nact.\n\nC. Release and maintenance of any information in a good faith\n\nattempt to comply with the provisions of this act shall not\n\nconstitute a violation of any confidentiality or financial privacy\n\nlaw.\n\nD.
