Stat. tit. 56, § 56-240.22C","heading":"Financial institution data match reporting system -","body":"Unauthorized disclosure of information by state employee or agent.\n\nNo employee or agent of this state shall divulge any information\n\nreferred to in this act, except in the manner herein prescribed to\n\nany public or private agency or individual. Information may be\n\ndisclosed and shared by and between any employee of an administering\n\nagency and any other state or federal agency as necessary in the\n\ncollection of child support. Unauthorized disclosure of any such\n\ninformation shall, upon conviction, be a misdemeanor punishable by a\n\nfine of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per offense.
