Stat. tit. 56, § 56-240.9","heading":"Filing cases involving concurrent jurisdiction -","body":"Enforcement of foreign orders.\n\nIn filing cases involving concurrent jurisdiction between the\n\nadministrative proceedings of the Department of Human Services and\n\nthe district court, the cases shall be filed in the administrative\n\nproceedings of the Department of Human Services.
