Prior to awarding assistance under Medicaid, the Oklahoma\n\nHealth Care Authority shall require applicants to complete an\n\nidentity authentication process to confirm that the applicant owns\n\nthe identity presented in the application.\n\nB. The identity authentication process shall be conducted\n\nthrough a knowledge-based quiz consisting of financial and personal\n\nquestions. The quiz shall attempt to accommodate unbanked or under-\n\nbanked applicants who do not have an established credit history.\n\nC.
