Stat. tit. 56, § 56-26.16","heading":"Rules and regulations - Payments","body":"\n\nThe Director of Human Services, subject to the approval of the\n\nOklahoma Commission for Human Services, is hereby authorized and\n\ndirected to promulgate rules and regulations establishing policies\n\nwith reference to eligibility of applicants for general assistance\n\nand emergency relief and the maximum sums that may be allocated to\n\nthose persons having met the minimum requirements and declared as\n\neligible for participation in accordance with the provisions of this\n\nact, subject to the availability of funds.
