The word \"unemployable\", as used in this act, is hereby\n\ndefined as meaning those persons who are unable to:\n\n1. Secure employment due to physical or mental disability,\n\ninfirmity, temporary illness, or other disability which prevents\n\nsuch person from securing employment; or\n\n2. Secure employment due to Federal Relief Administration rules\n\nregarding age requirements or work relief programs; or\n\n3. Secure employment due to ineligibility for workmen's\n\ncompensation insurance; and\n\n4.
