Stat. tit. 56, § 56-26.6","heading":"Eligibility for assistance","body":"(A) Any person in order to be eligible to receive assistance\n\nunder the provisions of this act must have been a bona fide citizen\n\nand actual resident of this state for a period of one (1) year\n\nimmediately prior to the date of application for assistance provided\n\nby this act.\n\n(B) Other minimum requirements will be established by rules and\n\nregulations promulgated by the Board and adopted by said Board in\n\nofficial meeting.\n\n(C) Repealed by Laws 1957, p. 455, § 7, emerg. eff.
