Stat. tit. 56, § 56-260","heading":"Individual Development Account (IDA) Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Human Services to be designated the\n\n\"Individual Development Account (IDA) Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies appropriated or contributed thereto.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department for\n\ngrants awarded pursuant to the provisions of subsection C of Section\n\n255 of this title.
