Stat. tit. 56, § 56-27.4","heading":"Suspension or denial of assistance for failure to work or","body":"misconduct.\n\nAny person assigned to a community work and training program may\n\nbe denied assistance or may be suspended for such time as may be\n\nfixed by the rules and regulations of the Department of Public\n\nWelfare if such person without good cause:\n\n(1) Fails or refuses to satisfactorily perform the labor or\n\nservices as may be assigned to him;\n\n(2) Fails or refuses to report to work under such a program when\n\nand as directed by the state, or federal government, county, city or\n\nmunicipal corporation or by his foreman, overseer or other\n\nsupervisor therein;\n\n(3) Abandons or repeatedly absents himself from work;\n\n(4) Is insubordinate to his foreman, overseer or other\n\nsupervisor therein;\n\n(5) Fails or refuses to take due precaution for the safety of\n\nhimself or others or to use safety clothing or equipment made\n\navailable to him; or\n\n(6) Is guilty of misconduct connected with such work.","path":["OK Code","Title 56"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os56.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ff0df0ef62ed337a430f554d67dac78b84e9e7fe6465ff904e779c4248471b4c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-27.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-27.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
