Stat. tit. 56, § 56-28.1","heading":"Planned parenthood - Educational materials and","body":"information.\n\nWhenever a person receiving public assistance makes a request\n\ntherefor, the Department of Public Welfare shall furnish to such\n\nperson educational materials and information with respect to\n\nachieving a planned parenthood; or refer such person to a Family\n\nPlanning Center, organization or agency where the same may be\n\nobtained.
