The following agencies are directed to jointly design and\n\nimplement a coordinated system of information, referral and follow-\n\nup services for older Oklahomans:\n\n1. The Aging Services Division of the Department of Human\n\nServices;\n\n2. The State Department of Health;\n\n3. The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse\n\nServices;\n\n4. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority;\n\n5. The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs; and\n\n6. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services.\n\nB. 1. The Aging Services Division of the Department of Human\n\nServices shall be the lead agency for the design and implementation\n\nof the system required by the Coordination of Services for Older\n\nOklahomans Act and shall be responsible for convening meetings and\n\nproviding meeting space, administrative, staff and other necessary\n\nsupport services. The Division shall convene the first meeting of\n\nthe agencies on or before July 1, 1996.\n\n2. The remaining agencies listed in subsection A of this\n\nsection shall be responsible for providing information, staff and\n\nother assistance as necessary to design and implement the system\n\nrequired by the Coordination of Services for Older Oklahomans Act.\n\n3. The Aging Services Division shall invite representatives of\n\nthe Area Agencies on Aging, Eldercare, managed health care\n\norganizations and other appropriate public and private entities to\n\nparticipate in the design of the system required by the Coordination\n\nof Services for Older Oklahomans Act.\n\n4. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall\n\nprovide technical assistance and support necessary for the\n\ndevelopment of the shared, computerized data base required by the\n\nCoordination of Services for Older Oklahomans Act.\n\nC. On or before December 1 of each year, the agencies listed in\n\nsubsection A of this section shall jointly submit a report to the\n\nGovernor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the President\n\nPro Tempore of the Senate, and the chairs of the appropriate\n\nlegislative committees. The report shall include, but not be\n\nlimited to:\n\n1. A statement on the progress in the design and implementation\n\nof the system required by the Coordination of Services for Older\n\nOklahomans Act; and\n\n2.
