Stat. tit. 56, § 56-3002.1","heading":"Aging and Disability Resource Consortium initiative","body":"The Aging Services Division of the Department of Human Services\n\nis encouraged and authorized to work collaboratively with other\n\nnational, state and local agencies and community groups to\n\nestablish, develop, and implement a single-point-of-entry concept\n\nfor aging and disability groups in Oklahoma referred to as an Aging\n\nand Disability Resource Consortium (ADRC) initiative.\n\nThe Aging Services Division is designated as the lead agency in\n\nthe establishment of an ADRC initiative in Oklahoma. The Aging\n\nServices Division shall collaborate and coordinate with the\n\ndisability and aging network to ensure appropriate inclusion in the\n\nADRC initiative. The Aging Services Division is authorized to\n\npursue national, state or local grants to comply with national,\n\nstate or local rules or regulations to effect this enabling\n\nlegislation.\n\nThe ADRC initiative shall streamline access to long-term support\n\nservices and assist disabled and elderly Oklahomans to make informed\n\ndecisions about their service and support options. The ADRC\n\ninitiative shall coordinate existing systems of information,\n\nassistance and access for the elderly and disabled, and shall form\n\nstate and local partnerships that provide information and assistance\n\nto individuals or professionals needing either public or private\n\nresources for themselves or their clients, especially when planning\n\nfor long-term support service needs.","path":["OK Code","Title 56"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os56.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"cd0839ed1762ca49a1ca14c0cb78c8a7d50f9935a8d6893764e4c1f2597ba779","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-3002","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-3002.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
