Stat. tit. 56, § 56-3002.6","heading":"Legislative findings","body":"The Oklahoma Legislature finds that access to information\n\nregarding all components of a long-term care support system is\n\nnecessary to empower the elderly and persons with disabilities in\n\nplanning, evaluating, and making decisions to meet their individual\n\nlong-term care support needs appropriately. This access to\n\ninformation shall be provided through the Options Counseling for\n\nLong-term Care Program provided by the Aging and Disability Resource\n\nConsortium and its partner community organizations. The Options\n\nCounseling for Long-term Care Program shall be designed to allow for\n\nan integrated system that facilitates navigation of the variety of\n\nprivate and public resources available; minimizes service\n\nfragmentation; reduces duplication of administrative paperwork\n\nprocedures; enhances individual choice; supports informed decision\n\nmaking; and increases the cost-effectiveness of long-term care\n\nservices and support systems.","path":["OK Code","Title 56"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os56.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d273521052eebf682da9065f4da327467ecd2db66dd0da842f59b7a78cb96803","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-3002.5","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-3002.7"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
