Stat. tit. 56, § 56-3003","heading":"Contents of coordinated system - Implementation","body":"deadlines.\n\nA. The design of a coordinated system of information, referral\n\nand follow-up services for older Oklahomans shall:\n\n1. Be based upon the coordination of existing state and local\n\nprograms that provide information, referral and follow-up services\n\nfor older Oklahomans;\n\n2. Conform with the requirements of the 1915c Medicaid Home and\n\nCommunity Based Waiver, commonly known as the \"Advantage Program\",\n\nand, to the extent possible and feasible, shall incorporate the\n\nforms and procedures developed for the implementation of the Waiver;\n\n3. Include, but not be limited to:\n\na. delineation of agency responsibilities, and the\n\nmethods of coordinating the delivery of services,\n\nb. identification of programs and procedures necessary\n\nfor implementation, and adoption of such procedures by\n\nthe responsible agencies,\n\nc. the adoption of common service procedures across\n\nprogram and agency lines,\n\nd. the use of common referral and other forms,\n\ne. the development of a shared, computerized data base to\n\nidentify client information necessary to reduce\n\nduplication of effort and improve service delivery,\n\nincluding, but not limited to, a common intake data\n\nset,\n\nf. procedures for sharing of confidential information in\n\naccordance with state and federal laws, which shall\n\ninclude, but not be limited to, methods for\n\nrestricting access to confidential information and for\n\nsharing confidential information between public and\n\nprivate agencies and individuals in accordance with\n\nthe policies and procedures set forth in interagency\n\nagreements pursuant to the Coordination of Services\n\nfor Older Oklahomans Act,\n\ng. joint training of personnel responsible for\n\nimplementation of the system and delivery of services,\n\nh. methods for resolving disputes by mediation or other\n\nmeans,\n\ni. a funding and implementation plan, which may include\n\nphased-in implementation, and\n\nj. procedures for monitoring and improving services and\n\ndata collection, and continued coordination of\n\nservices and data.\n\nB. 1. Preliminary recommendations for the data base and\n\ncoordinated system shall be completed on or before October 1, 1996.\n\n2. On or before January 1, 1997, the agencies subject to the\n\nprovisions of the Coordination of Services for Older Oklahomans Act\n\nshall enter into interagency agreements to implement the coordinated\n\nsystem.\n\nThe data base and coordinated system of information, referral\n\nand follow-up shall be fully implemented on or before January 1,\n\n1998.","path":["OK Code","Title 56"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os56.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4fcec87c753d93b4b7efd55837e9f7d87aa428040dfacd276c9833c20ba6c070","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-3002.7","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
