The Department of Human Services shall develop a plan which\n\ncontains targeted dates to change or discontinue the operation of\n\nstate-administered resource centers. In developing the plan, the\n\nDepartment shall consult with the families and guardians of the\n\nresidents as well as affected employees of the resource centers, and\n\nshall take into consideration the recommendations and concerns of\n\nthe families and guardians of the residents and affected employees.\n\nB. The plan shall be submitted no later than January 1, 2012.\n\nThe plan shall be subject to disapproval by the Legislature on or\n\nbefore March 1, 2012.
