Stat. tit. 56, § 56-328","heading":"Division of Vocational Rehabilitation - Transfer to","body":"Commission for Rehabilitation Services - Retirement system - Merit\n\nsystem.\n\nThe Division of Vocational Rehabilitation of the State Board for\n\nVocational Education, or of the State Board of Education, including\n\nall personnel thereof and all property and assets belonging to such\n\nDivision, is hereby transferred to the Commission for Rehabilitation\n\nServices; and all powers, duties and responsibilities of the State\n\nBoard for Vocational Education relating to vocational rehabilitation\n\nshall hereafter be exercised by the Commission for Rehabilitation\n\nServices. Employees of the Division who are members of the\n\nTeachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma and who continue as\n\nemployees of the Division after such transfer may retain their\n\nmembership in such Teachers' Retirement System.
