Stat. tit. 56, § 56-347","heading":"Guardian and conservator services","body":"The Department of Human Services is hereby authorized to\n\ncontract for the services of guardians and conservators who will act\n\non behalf of individuals that are recipients of services through the\n\nagency's programs including, but not limited to, the program for\n\nindividuals with intellectual disabilities and the adult protective\n\nservices program.
