Stat. tit. 56, § 56-4002.11","heading":"Scorecard comparing contracted entities and dental","body":"benefit managers.\n\nNo later than one (1) year following the execution of the\n\ndelivery model transition described in the Ensuring Access to\n\nMedicaid Act, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall create a\n\nscorecard that compares each contracted entity and separately\n\ncompares each dental benefit manager. The scorecard shall report\n\nthe average speed of authorizations of services, rates of denials of\n\nMedicaid reimbursable services when a complete authorization request\n\nis submitted in a timely manner, member satisfaction survey results,\n\nprovider satisfaction survey results, and such other criteria as the\n\nAuthority may require. The scorecard shall be compiled quarterly\n\nand shall consist of the information specified in this section from\n\nthe prior quarter. The Authority shall provide the most recent\n\nquarterly scorecard to all initial members during enrollment choice\n\ncounseling following the eligibility determination and prior to\n\ninitial enrollment. The Authority shall provide the most recent\n\nquarterly scorecard to all members at the beginning of each\n\nenrollment period.
