The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall seek any\n\nfederal approval necessary to implement the Ensuring Access to\n\nMedicaid Act. This shall include, but not be limited to, submission\n\nto the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services of any appropriate\n\ndemonstration waiver application or Medicaid State Plan amendment\n\nnecessary to accomplish the requirements of this act within the\n\nrequired time frames.\n\n2. Prior to implementation of contracts with any contracted\n\nentities except dental benefit managers, the Authority shall obtain\n\nfederal approval of a managed care directed payment program with an\n\naverage commercial rate methodology under the Supplemental Hospital\n\nOffset Payment Program Act. Contracts with dental benefit managers\n\nshall be exempt from the requirement stipulated by this paragraph.\n\nB.
