The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall develop\n\nstandard contract terms for contracted entities to include, but not\n\nbe limited to, all requirements stipulated by this act. The\n\nAuthority shall oversee and monitor performance of contracted\n\nentities and shall enforce the terms of capitated contracts as\n\nrequired by paragraph 2 of this subsection.\n\n2. The Authority shall require each contracted entity to meet\n\nall contractual and operational requirements as defined in the\n\nrequests for proposals issued pursuant to Section 3 of this act.\n\nSuch requirements shall include but not be limited to reimbursement\n\nand capitation rates, insurance reserve requirements as specified by\n\nthe Insurance Department, acceptance of risk as defined by the\n\nAuthority, operational performance expectations including the\n\nassessment of penalties, member marketing guidelines, other\n\napplicable state and federal regulatory requirements, and all\n\nrequirements of this act including, but not limited to, the\n\nrequirements stipulated in this section.\n\nB. The Authority shall develop methods to ensure program\n\nintegrity against provider fraud, waste, and abuse.\n\nC.
