The Department of Human Services shall have authority at any\n\nreasonable time to investigate and examine the conditions of any\n\nhome which receives and cares for adults with intellectual or\n\ndevelopmental disabilities. The Department shall have authority at\n\nany time to require the home to provide information pertaining to\n\nadults with intellectual or developmental disabilities in its care.\n\nB. The State Department of Health may visit any home at the\n\nrequest of the Department to advise on matters affecting the health\n\nof adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities and to\n\ninspect the sanitation of the buildings used for their care.\n\nC. The State Bureau of Investigation and the State Fire Marshal\n\nshall visit any home at the request of the Department to advise on\n\nmatters affecting the safety of adults with intellectual or\n\ndevelopmental disabilities and to inspect the condition of the\n\nbuildings in which their care is provided.\n\nD.
