Stat. tit. 56, § 56-530.7","heading":"Revocation or refusal to renew certificate - Notice and","body":"hearing.\n\nThe Department of Human Services may revoke or refuse to renew\n\nany certificate issued pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nAdult Companion Home Certification Act if the home has violated any\n\nof the provisions of the Oklahoma Adult Companion Home Certification\n\nAct or the standards promulgated by the Department. No certificate\n\nshall be revoked or renewal refused unless the holder of such\n\ncertificate shall have been given at least thirty (30) days' notice\n\nin writing of the grounds of such proposed revocation or refusal.\n\nIf such revocation or refusal is protested to the Commission for\n\nHuman Services, in writing, within thirty (30) days of receipt of\n\nsaid notice the Commission, or the Department, shall conduct a\n\nhearing at which an opportunity is given to the owner or operator of\n\nsuch home to present testimony and confront witnesses. Notice of\n\nsuch hearing shall be given to said owner or operator of such home\n\nby personal service or by delivery to the proper address by\n\nregistered mail, at least two (2) weeks prior to the date thereof.\n\nIf notice of the proposed revocation or refusal is not so protested,\n\nthe certification may thereupon be revoked or renewal thereof\n\nrefused.","path":["OK Code","Title 56"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os56.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"95131b64b24177e5ea8c32709069e863ab9c23489ae9c24dfab5cdc28ccf53b6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-530.6","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-530.8"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
