Stat. tit. 56, § 56-604","heading":"Family Support Program - Eligibility criteria","body":"The Director of the Department of Human Services shall, within\n\nthe constraints of funding appropriated to the Department, maintain\n\na Family Support Program for children with severe developmental\n\ndisabilities who reside in their family homes in accordance with the\n\nfollowing criteria:\n\n1. The family member resides with the family;\n\n2. The family resides in the State of Oklahoma;\n\n3. The gross adjusted income of the family for the year\n\nimmediately preceding the date of application for the assistance did\n\nnot exceed Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00);\n\n4. The family is headed by a biological parent, adoptive\n\nparent, or legal guardian of the eligible family member; provided,\n\nhowever, that if the eligible family member lives with an adoptive\n\nparent or parents who already receive adoption subsidy from any\n\nsource on behalf of the applicant, the family cannot receive family\n\nsupport assistance authorized by this section; and\n\n5.
